Also, I've listened to all of mel's other books, if you also have - this content is all totally different which I appreciate. I like that it's included on Audible and not a credit. I know I will be recommending this to people in my life. I'm still working through the episodes so I can't wait for what's in the upcoming ones (and I hope Mel releases more of these). It's all stuff we can do easily from home. I wish I could have Mel coach me, but this is the next best thing, because the advice feels like it's exactly what I need to hear. Frankly I've been in a bit of a rut lately and this is exactly what I needed. I love how the advice is so simple but things I can actually do. My favorite topics so far are happiness and career. I bet others will find the one on emotional eating really helpful. There's a big variety of topics, and honestly some didn't resonate as much with me, I don't have any issues with emotional eating or sleeping, but I like that Mel did so many topics because that seems like the point, they can help everyone.
I like that because I know I'll go back to some. It makes it easy to listen to whichever episodes resonate with you, they really could go in any order. I'm a big Mel Robbins fan, I love how she gives actually real advice that you can do, no fluff, so when I saw her post about this I downloaded it right away. I know that to be true and I'm so glad she made this. I want to welcome you to a new phase of your life. Mel says at the beginning of this, the reason she made this series is because the hardest part is getting started. Welcome to Tiny Habits Creating habits can be fun and easy When you learn the Tiny Habits method, you can change your life forever.
